Bill Millios has produced a variety of films and videos through his New Hampshire-based production outfit Back Lot Films. HippoPress wrote that "Millios has earned a reputation as one of the state's leading documentary and commercial filmmakers."

 

Millios' three features - Old Man Dogs (1997), Dangerous Crosswinds (2005) and St. George Greek Orthodox Cathedral 1905-2005 (2005) have been well-received in Variety, The Boston Globe and America Online and have screened at theatres throughout New England. Other credits include New Hampshire On Ice (2003), Bottled Words (1995), Killing Our Best Friends - The Crisis of Pet Overpopulation (1994).

 

Millios has also completed corporate productions for companies such as the New Hampshire Department of Education, Pike Industries, the New Hampshire Veterans Home, Perfect Fit LLC, nhFirstJob and Southern New Hampshire University.

 

In 2008 Millios plans to publish The Winter Thaw, a collection of his short stories as well as Four Screenplays, four of his scripts in book-form.

 

He is currently  at work on the script for the follow-up to Dangerous Crosswinds, titled Death & Glory. Millios is also a co-founder, with Marc Vadeboncoeur of Goodheart Media Services, of The Digital Filmmaking Workshops.
